Position Summary
The Talent Recruiter reports to the Senior Talent Manager and plays a critical role in the growth of InspireNOLA Charter Schools by guiding the recruitment of “best in class” talent across our schools and network office.  The professional in this role will execute the full cycle recruitment process including sourcing, applicant screening, interviewing, finalizing placement, and onboarding successful candidates.  The Talent Recruiter will prioritize the overall candidate experience, work with a sense of urgency and continuously exemplify InspireNOLA’s core values of Inspiration, Dedication and Aspiration. Further, the ideal candidate will be a skilled networker, a confident self-starter, and exhibit the ability to influence across all levels of internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
Work with hiring managers to identify immediate and forecasted job openings 
Utilize the most effective job boards, websites, social media outlets and other formal/informal channels to fill open positions quickly.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and prepare the hiring manager to interview compelling candidates.
Consult with internal partners to present competitive offers to finalists resulting in hiring the best applicant for the role.
Manage the installment and execution of the substitute teacher pool 
Plan and moderate candidate selection training for school leaders and hiring managers
Prepare each successful candidate to start their career with InspireNOLA Charter Schools (i.e., level set expectations, promote InspireNOLA’s mission, vision and values, ensure all required documentation and onboarding training is complete). 
Ensure the recruitment process is timely, professional and culminates in a positive candidate experience.
Employ a variety of sourcing techniques to identify a high quality, diverse candidate pipeline of active and passive job searchers with an emphasis on efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Collect and analyze key data points and provide internal hiring managers with actionable reporting in support of achieving recruiting goals.
Activate and maintain a knowledge base of recruitment and staffing best practices.
Build quality relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Constantly promote new opportunities within the Organization by routinely networking with recruitment agencies, educational institutions, professional organizations, community leaders, etc.
Champion the mission, vision and values of InspireNOLA Charter Schools.  
Maintain a dual focus on standardizing the hiring process while demonstrating agility and responsiveness to current demands.

Position Qualifications & Competencies
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university 
Demonstrated work history in sourcing candidates, cultivating a positive candidate experience, excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Experience working in a data-driven recruiting environment with the ability to track and understand key metrics.
Proficiency in Google Suites and Microsoft Office
Experience in marketing the career benefits of employment in the education industry specifically Charter Management Organizations and the uniqueness of the greater New Orleans region.
Innovative thinking with stellar written and verbal presentation skills.
Commitment to a high level of customer service and flawless execution. 
Outstanding organizational skills, with extraordinary attention to detail. 
Ability to be flexible and entrepreneurial in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines with multiple priorities.

Salary for this position is competitive and depends on prior experience. A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as employer retirement contribution, is included.
