Let’s make things official! Registration for the upcoming school year has begun. The deadline to register is May 22, 2024.
Registration can be completed 24 hours a day using the online registration portal. If you require assistance, families can visit their assigned school, Tuesday - Thursday from 9 a.m. -11 a.m. and 1 p.m. -2 p.m. beginning May 7, 2024.
New Students
The items needed for registration are below:
- Student's Birth Certificate
- Student's Final Report Card for the 2023-2024 school year (Once Received)
- Parent/Guardian's State ID or Driver’s License
- Custody documents, if applicable
- Student's Immunization Records
- Test Scores, if applicable
- Student's Social Security Card
- IEP/504 Plan, if applicable (Must be submitted in person)
- Two (2) proofs of residency (the items listed are the only acceptable documents):
- Current rental lease agreement or mortgage statement in the parent/guardian's name
- Electricity/gas bill
- Sewerage/water bill
- Telephone bill (landline only)
- Cable/internet bill
- Current official letter from a government agency (Dept. of Social Service, Dept. of Health and Hospitals, etc.)

Returning Students
All returning InspireNOLA students are required to register every school year. Registration is also required in order to request bus transportation services.
- Parent/guardian photo identification
- Two (2) proofs of Orleans Parish Residency in parent/guardian's name at the same address as the student
- Court-ordered proof of guardianship and/or custody paperwork (if applicable)
You may choose to upload pictures or scanned copies with your application. You can visit our Registration FAQs here for step-by-step guides on how to do this.
Otherwise, please be sure to bring copies of these documents to your school office by May 22nd.
